LatAm Commercial Director, Oncology

Area Oncology Commercial Director will drive oncology business in LatAm and company 2023 ambition through:

  • Ensuring execution excellence across all countries, focusing on key brands: Tagrisso, Enhertu, Imfinzi&Ingudo, Datroway, Truqap.
  • Supporting proper resource allocation and capability building for x-functional team: commercial, medical, diagnostic
  • Ensuring Launch Excellence in close collaboration with Area Leadership team.
  • Preparing for new modalities: Camizestrant, bi-specifics, radio-conjugates, CAR-T therapy.
  • Expanding Diagnostic and access
  • Leading the processes: MTP, RBU2, BSP. Play instrumental part in Governance of PAP, PSP, access business cases. Support AVP to represent Oncology LatAm in any Senior Leaders meetings/events.
  • Enhancing the network within Area and beyond (International, Global, US, EUCAN etc) as well as cross-functional collaboration among departments. Leverage on existing Tumour Championship. Maximising a synergy across Area via best practice sharing, supporting/initiating above market projects
  • Being a true partner for Oncology x-functional team staying attentive to local needs while pursuing flawless Global strategy execution.
  • Being an ambassador of LatAm in front of International Region and Global ensuring the Area specific to be reflected in a Global strategy and Area involvement in Global/Regional internal and external projects.
  • Leading the external collaboration via driving Pan-American Alliance in close collaboration with Area Corporate affairs and Medical colleagues.
  • Playing the instrumental role in Transform care in LatAm representing oncology
  • Teamwork as Latam LT member to continue transformation and winning culture journey

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is essential.

  • An MBA in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading large teams with demonstrable impact.

  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical product development and commercialization in the US.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of LATAM's Healthcare environment.

  • Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets roles.

  • Background in Sales and/or Sales Leadership.

  • Experience in Emerging or Developing Frontier Leadership (DFL) roles.
